## Description

As our Learning and Development Advisor you'll support the Learning & Development function to build organisational capability, including developing employee and leader skills, knowledge and behaviours that will enable us to achieve our vision and strategic goals.

Your role will involve:

- Assisting the Learning and Development Manager with the design of companywide and function-specific learning and development programs

- Taking ownership of the skill build related to our Performance Management Processes and other specific core capability programs

- Managing learning content to drive access to learning resources

- Designing and managing e-learning content as required

- Monitoring the effectiveness of existing learning initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Managing the internal marketing and communication of relevant L&D resources

- Managing our L&D inventory

- Providing first-line support to employees regarding their learning and development needs

- Creating, maintaining and promoting the annual calendar of face-to-face learning events

- Organising and providing logistics support for all internal and external learning and development activities

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in design, assessment and facilitation, including e-Learning design and creation.
