## Description

We are seeking an Avdelningschef (Department Manager) for our Stationsavdelningen (Station Department) in Skåne. As a leader, you will be responsible for the overall operations, employees, work environment, and results of a department with approximately 20 employees.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing employees and leaders within the department

- Ensuring a good work environment and high safety focus

- Managing budget, forecasts, results, and business follow-up

- Building long-term relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities

- Participating in tenders, bidding processes, and contract negotiations

- Driving improvement work and developing work methods for increased quality and efficiency

You will report to the Business Area Manager for Stations Syd and be part of a leadership group with ten colleagues. This is a key role in developing both the business and our operations.

Requirements:

- Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility

- Experience from the construction, industry, infrastructure, or energy sector

- Experience in economic control, budgeting, and result follow-up

- Experience in customer relationships, business development, or contract management

- Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

- B driver's license
