## Description

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner to work with the Audit & Risk clients to deliver on people initiatives and talent strategy.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong relationship building, influencing, communication, and problem solving skills; who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative, and values-oriented team.

Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting

- Partner with clients to build effective relationships, effectively manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to effectively execute on HR solutions that are aligned to the business needs

- Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners who require assistance on HR-related issues

- Coach people managers on situations including general leadership skills, org design, performance concerns

- Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within Audit & Risk teams and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs

- Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design

- Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 5 years of client facing experience OR at least 5 years of consulting experience OR a combination

- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

- MBA or Master’s degree

- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification

- 7+ years of client facing experience or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination

- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources

Salary: McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 for Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner Richmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner
