## Description

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Consultant to join our team in Noida or Bengaluru. As a Senior Engagement Consultant, you will deliver meaningful communication and engagement activities to help clients deliver infrastructure projects in the UK.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and deliver effective stakeholder engagement strategies

- Plan and deliver engagement and consultation activities

- Develop engagement strategies and produce consultation materials

- Translate technical information into plain English

- Present feedback to inform decision-making

- Manage projects, ensuring timely and budgeted delivery

You will be part of a team of 65+ communication and engagement specialists, primarily in the UK, and will report to an Engagement team regional lead. You will help build new partnerships and grow our international presence.

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Economics, Statistics, Management, or Social Studies

- More than 7 years of experience, preferably in the UK, Australia, or similar regions

- Experience in delivering engagement and consultation activities on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects

- Experience in the road, rail, utilities, water, environment, or energy sectors

- Proven experience in managing and building stakeholder relationships

- Outstanding communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
