## Description

We are seeking a Senior Process Manager to join the Data Governance and Pricing (DGAP) team within the Global Payment Networks (GPN). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing numerous data-adjacent risks, including Network Conflict Risk (NCR), External Data Sharing (XDS), SCAN Findings, Privacy, Feature and Script Governance, Interchange Fee Prohibition Act, and more.

The Senior Process Manager will bring a mixture of Data, Risk, and Project Management experience to develop processes, programs, and controls to mitigate these risks across GPN. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of both the associated risk management frameworks and the applicable policies and standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives, and make recommendations on changes.

- Collect and analyze data to support recommendations and manage formal process documents.

- Collaborate on project teams and broader enterprise initiatives to represent the business for changes that may impact department processes.

- Day-to-day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups.

- Collect, analyze, and measure process data to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership and executives.

- Resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes.

- Maintain formal process documents (e.g., procedures and diagrams), and document processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams).

- Collaborate on larger initiatives, including representing the department on broader change control forums for input and to represent department interests.

- Coach and train junior PM levels on processes, performance targets, and goals.

- Provide customer service and training to internal customers on specific processes they manage.

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.

- At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, or Risk Management.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.

- Experience working within established data management and data governance frameworks.

- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification.

**Salary Information:**

- Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 per year.

- Riverwoods, IL: $80,800 - $92,200 per year.
