Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Vangarde Monks Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a key ambassador for the M&S brand, embodying our values and commitment to quality.

**Schedule:**

- Sunday: 11:00 - 17:00

- Friday: 11:00 - 17:00

- Saturday: 11:00 - 17:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
