## Description

The Express Scripts Canada Pharmacy in Mississauga is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant, Specialty to provide support to members for better health and peace of mind.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals contacting the pharmacy for medication and healthcare-related needs.

Responsibilities:

- Investigate and solve issues related to prescription transfers, refill requests, payment solutions, and shipment tracking.

- Communicate and follow-up with pharmacy providers and prescribers regarding patient care.

- Gather information to create and maintain patient medication profiles.

- Escalate complex situations as necessary.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of relatable experience in a pharmacy setting.

- Proficient in Kroll software.

- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.

- Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Flexible and adaptable to change.

- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
