## About the Role

As the Director of Sales, SME & Growth, CN, you will lead a sales team focused on expanding cross-border payment services for small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in the e-commerce and B2B export sectors.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Report to the SME & Growth business head and drive sales growth in target industries

- Develop sales strategies, including industry demand analysis, product standardization, pricing, and promotional plans

- Set sales targets, optimize sales processes, and ensure strategic goals are met

- Build and manage a direct sales team, fostering a strong team culture and ensuring high performance

- Manage client acquisition, focusing on both the quantity and quality of sales achievements

- Collaborate with other departments, such as product, marketing, and strategy, to drive business growth

- Leverage personal and external networks to identify potential clients and develop business partnerships

- Stay updated on industry trends and explore new business models for sustainable growth

## Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English

- At least 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing strategy, with over 3 years of team leadership experience

- Proven track record of successful business performance

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Ability to work under pressure, think strategically, and make informed decisions
