## Description

As a Delivery Manager at NEXT's Braintree Outlet, you will lead a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation. Your goal will be to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for:

- Managing a team to deliver stock processing and stockroom organisation targets

- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to operational activities

- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team

- Ensuring smooth stockroom processes and driving high standards

- Striving to make stock available to customers as soon as possible
