## Description

We are looking for a Service Leader to plan and coordinate maintenance work on control systems and high-voltage equipment. You will work closely with customers, technical specialists, and contractors to ensure reliable power supply.

As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance measures to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your tasks will include:

- Time and resource planning

- Coordinating with employees, contractors, and customers

- Purchasing services and materials

- Contacting suppliers and creating specifications

- Preparing and planning implementation

- Reporting before, during, and after completed work

- Economic follow-up and invoicing

- Supporting the manager in planning, implementing, and following up on systematic work environment efforts

You will have a central role in ensuring a secure and reliable power supply, combining technical expertise with leadership skills.

Requirements:

- Experience in a leading or coordinating role with similar responsibilities

- Several years of work experience in the electrical power sector

- Interest in technology and willingness to develop knowledge of control systems

- B driver's license, as business trips occur

- Excellent Swedish language skills in speech and writing

- Good English language skills, especially reading and writing
