## Description

As a Customer Delivery Driver for Waitrose, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality produce and providing exceptional customer service to customers in Cirencester.

You will be driving a modern, well-serviced vehicle, and your main goal will be to provide a friendly and professional service to customers. You will handle customer orders, respond to any issues, and ensure that products are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers

- Handling customer orders and responding to any issues or concerns

- Driving a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant safety regulations

- Loading and unloading products, and ensuring that they are delivered in good condition

- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns

- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

You will need to have:

- A full, valid UK manual car driving license (B-Category) with no more than 6 penalty points

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- The ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 18kg)

- A friendly and professional demeanor

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.31, with the possibility of earning a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for work completed between 22:00 and 06:00. The contract type is permanent, with varied hours of part-time work (24 hours) across seven days, including late finishes, evenings, and weekends.
