## Description

As a Global Freight Audit and Payment Manager at 3M, you will develop and execute the global freight audit and payment strategy, operating model, governance, and process standards for Global Logistics international transportation.

You will own the end-to-end Global Logistics freight settlement framework and process, including accruals, invoice receipt, audit, exception resolution, approval, payment, and allocation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the strategy and deployment of freight audit and payment technology solutions

- Establishing and maintaining financial controls to support payment accuracy and prevent duplicate or erroneous payments

- Partnering with International Transportation Operations, Logistics Sourcing, Finance, and Technology to integrate freight settlement requirements into logistics processes and systems

- Defining, monitoring, and improving freight audit and payment key performance indicators (KPIs) for Global Logistics

- Collaborating with Cost Control Tower and Finance to deliver required month-end reporting and actionable freight-spend analytics

The expected compensation range for this position is $188,251 - $230,084, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
