## Description

We are seeking an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Procurement Agent 2, you will perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, prepare and execute proprietary information agreements, support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements, and communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

- Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements

- Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements

- Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

**Requirements:**

- More than 1 year of experience in negotiating contracts or managing suppliers

- More than 1 year of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- More than 1 year of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

- More than 1 year of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations

- More than 1 year of experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts

- More than 1 year of experience with various contract types (e.g., Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus type Government contracts)
