## Description

ViiV Healthcare, a global specialty HIV company, is seeking a Director Corporate Accounts to lead key activities in the New England region. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prioritized accounts on behalf of ViiV and its innovative portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing account plans for targeted accounts

- Generating a top-down and bottom-up organization approach to achieve performance indicators across all functions

- Demonstrating executive presentation skills and interacting with C and D Suite within accounts

- Leading matrix teams to deliver organizational impact

- Synthesizing data into tailored engagements that forge strategic partnerships

- Improving ViiV's reputation in the market through connecting multiple market stakeholders

- Coordinating executive exchanges that lead to success for both organizations

- Achieving product adoption goals for the ViiV portfolio

- Removing non-clinical barriers to faster adoption of ViiV products

- Driving a high-accountability environment and achieving ways of working goals

- Aligning to and exemplifying ViiV's core values

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in in-field roles, account management, or alliance/partnership management

- 5+ years of leading without authority and driving execution across multiple stakeholders

- Experience with coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating high levels of collaboration

- Experience working in a multi-faceted environment with strategic and business acumen skills

- Knowledge of industry legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape

- Process management and process improvement experience

- Ability to travel up to 75%

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree

- Knowledge of ViiV therapeutic landscape, drug development process, and business operations

- First-line leadership experience

- Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy in a dynamic environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
