We are seeking a Counter Manager to lead our team at Palacio de Hierro in Monterrey, Mexico. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of beauty advisors and providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Summary:** As a Counter Manager at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be the face of our brand, leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding results and provide magical experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for managing personnel, planning and budgeting, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and develop a high-performing team of beauty advisors

- Plan and budget for staffing, inventory, and sales

- Drive sales growth and achieve business objectives

- Provide exceptional customer service and experiences

- Collaborate with area managers and stakeholders to ensure brand compliance

- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 2 years of experience in counter management or boutique management

- Passion for the beauty industry

- Strong business acumen

- Experience in personnel management

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strategic planning experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software
