## What you'll do

- Lead, supervise, and support Control Room Operators during all shifts.

- Ensure control room activities fully adhere to operational, security, and regulatory requirements.

## What you need

- Diploma or degree in IT, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

## Skills

### Required
- Diploma or degree in IT, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in a control room, operations centre, NOC, SOC, or gaming operations setting
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience

### Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of incident management and operational reporting
- Proficient with computer systems, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
