## Description

Responsible for overseeing healthcare management staff, including organizing and developing high-performing teams. Works closely with functional area managers to ensure consistency in health-related and psycho-social interventions supporting members. Accountable for meeting financial, operational, and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee implementation of healthcare management services

- Ensure policies and procedures align with regulatory and accreditation standards

- Implement and monitor best practices and innovations

- Manage resources for member care planning, quality, and monitoring

- Act as liaison with other business areas

- Assess team developmental needs and implement action plans

- Establish a teamwork environment and serve as a change agent

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a physical or behavioral healthcare setting

- 1+ year of management experience

- 3+ years of experience in managed care

- Knowledge of medical management regulations and standards

- Bachelor's degree in health or human services (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Nursing)

- Master's degree preferred

Work from Home Requirements:

- Direct/hardwired internet connection with 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload

- Quiet, secure, and private home workspace

- Compliance with CVS Health and HIPAA guidelines

Technical and Logistical Requirements:

- Device and system navigation

- Communication tools (email, calendar, Teams)

- Collaboration and scheduling (Microsoft Office 365)

- Systems access and security

- Troubleshooting and support
