## Description

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Select Implementation Consultant (West) to join their Customer Success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping Enterprise customers deploy and adopt Samsara's IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets.

The role involves owning the customer relationship and ensuring a successful deployment of Samsara's solution. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand a customer's business, and comfort explaining technology products to both executives and day-to-day users.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers

- Creating launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage

- Tracking implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health

- Running training sessions and demonstrating Samsara's technology

- Juggling multiple customer engagements in parallel and working cross-functionally

- Serving as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams

The minimum requirements for the role are:

- 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role

- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred

- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence

- Experience supporting or working with technical products

- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
