## Description

We're looking for a Service Assistant to join our team at the Porsche Centre Stuttgart. As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming customers and guests, providing personal and telephone support, handling cash transactions, planning customer mobility, supporting service advisors, and managing the reception area.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide personal and telephone support to customers and visitors

- Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register

- Plan customer mobility according to customer needs

- Support service advisors in administrative tasks

- Manage the reception area and ensure a smooth workflow

Requirements:

- Completed commercial or technical education with a commercial add-on qualification

- Several years of experience in demanding customer contact, such as service assistance in a premium car dealership, high-end hotel, or luxury retail

- High team skills and a friendly, secure, and well-groomed appearance

- High flexibility and willingness to work

- Good English language skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
