## Description

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Director, Specialist Sales, Consumer Solutions to manage consumer solutions in Japan and provide consultative sales to address clients' needs.

The role combines two equally weighted mandates: (1) leading the strategy, go-to-market execution, client adoption, and growth of Mastercard consumer solutions in Japan, and (2) acting as a consultative solution engineer who translates customer challenges into practical, differentiated solutions.

Key responsibilities:

- Own Japan's consumer solutions strategy and go-to-market priorities

- Drive business growth and client adoption

- Lead local solution development and execution

- Act as a consumer solutions expert and advocate

- Translate customer challenges into practical solutions

- Provide deep product and technical expertise

- Accelerate strategic and key deals

- Deliver compelling narratives, demonstrations, and customer presentations

- Orchestrate cross-functional solution delivery

- Provide a coordinated strategic overlay for Customer Solutions Center
