## Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Engage Service Line, which provides technical support, community management, and trust & safety services for AAA and Indie studios in the gaming industry.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering work to assigned clients, maintaining close working relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business and operate as a trusted strategic partner

- Ensure client expectations are continually managed via timely, clear, and regular communication

- Manage project teams, including line management of CM Leads, to deliver work in scope, on time, and to the highest standard

- Collaborate with multiple teams across capabilities to provide a seamless service to clients

- Assist Account Directors with pitches to existing and new clients

- Drive AI adoption for Community Management to increase the velocity of client work and improve profitability

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Account Management / Client Services role at a creative, marketing, or advertising agency

- Availability to work in a European time zone

- Leadership skills and the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams

- Good understanding of how digital marketing comes together within an agency

- Ability to write clear, compelling briefs and translate client objectives into actionable work

- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
