## Description

We're looking for a talented Digital Design Manager to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a Digital Design Manager, you will spearhead a talented team of digital modelers and sculptors, driving the development of a wide array of concepts and design intent models in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a creative background with knowledge of technical requirements for automotive design, experience with interior and exterior design, and a proven record of results in concept delivery. They will also have experience and knowledge of surfacing techniques and software, knowledge of CAD software, and understanding of the requirements for clay model development techniques.

As a leader, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the creation of complete 3D data for all items related to studio properties, owning the management and delivery of all timing plans, work orders and reviews for studio properties, and leading the development of 3D data for all Studio properties.

You will also be responsible for interfacing with all levels and functions of the Design team, pitching ideas confidently and presenting the creative vision clearly to partners, as well as communicating in the same manner to members of the creative team.
