## Description

We are seeking a Transaction Monitoring (TM) Training Analyst to join our Training & Capability team. As a TM Training Analyst, you will play a key role in educating and upskilling operational colleagues through structured training, coaching, and knowledge transfer initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes, workshops, and learning interventions, working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted development solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and delivering training programmes, workshops, and learning interventions

- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted development solutions

- Monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommending improvements

- Ensuring all materials align with organisational standards, governance, and branding

- Providing constructive feedback to support colleague development

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities

- Good understanding of risk and controls

- Experience designing or delivering training, coaching, or knowledge transfer initiatives
