Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Job Details:**

- Part-time role with flexible shifts, including nights (22:00-06:00)

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- Potential to work full-time hours during peak periods, such as Christmas

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products and make recommendations

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices and Sparks App

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
