## Description

As a Partnership Advisor at Bupa Global, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience for corporate customers in Singapore. You will act as the primary point of contact for Group Secretaries and Intermediaries, providing a dedicated and comprehensive service.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage relationships with corporate group schemes, acting as the primary point of contact for Group Secretaries and Intermediaries

- Respond to incoming queries from Group Secretaries/Intermediaries by phone and email

- Attend face-to-face client visits where appropriate

- Take end-to-end ownership of investigating and resolving escalations and issues

- Effectively process renewals of corporate groups in your portfolio

- Take ownership of group billing and commission enquiries

- Complete related customer administration tasks

Requirements:

- Background in the global health insurance market or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries

- Highly customer-focused with excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills

- Good understanding of Bupa Global processes and systems

- Experience of working in another Bupa Global Operational department is preferable

- Ability to speak a second language would be an advantage
