## Description

Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing an exceptional guest experience, maintaining a clean and organised store environment, and ensuring high-quality food and beverages.

The role requires you to:

- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues promptly

- Support team efforts and maintain a positive attitude

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an excellent experience

- Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage Standards

- Execute food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, and stock management

- Maintain an inviting dining area and engage with guests to meet their expectations

- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications

- Follow all food safety requirements and complete cleaning tasks

- Locate and identify damaged or expired items and process according to best practices

- Ensure accurate in-stocks and follow proper inventory procedures

- Execute sampling best practices and complete required training and certifications

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Work in a safe manner and report hazards

- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-up

- Ability to work in environments with refrigeration and freezer temperatures
