## Description

As a Heart Failure Cardiologist with Intermountain Health in St. George, Utah, you will join a nationally recognized health system dedicated to helping people live the healthiest lives possible.

**About this role:** You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. Key highlights include:

- Joining an established heart failure team with an advanced heart failure cardiologist, APPs, and nurses

- Being part of the larger Southwest Cardiology group with invasive, interventional, EP, advanced imaging, and structural heart specialists, as well as a robust cardiothoracic surgery program

- Connection to the heart transplant and LVAD center in Salt Lake City

- Advanced imaging modalities, including cardiac PET-CT, Pyrophosphate scintigraphy, and cardiac MRI

- Working in a medical facility that is a referral center for trauma and emergency services, with medical surgical units, a 32-bed ICU, a 50-bed emergency department, and fifteen operating rooms

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- Generous base salary of $718,000

- Bonus opportunities of up to $100,000 starting in year 2

- $25,000 starting bonus

- Relocation assistance of up to $20,000 if applicable

- Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance coverage, and an annual CME allowance

**Requirements:**

- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Heart Failure

- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

- U.S. ACGME Residency
