## Description

FUCHS LUBRICANTS BENELUX is located in Huizingen, near Brussels, and produces a significant part of the grease demand for the entire FUCHS Group, with an annual volume of 14,000 tons. As an Account Manager - OEM & AAM Netherlands, you will be responsible for maintaining and further expanding our customer base in the Netherlands, with a focus on the automotive sector.

Your tasks will include:

- Actively prospecting the market and developing new commercial opportunities

- Managing existing customer relationships and guiding projects from initial contact to successful completion

- Developing commercial action plans in consultation with the Sales Manager

- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and guiding them on technical and commercial issues

- Collaborating closely with internal departments to realise projects successfully

- Participating in trade fairs and commercial events to further strengthen FUCHS's visibility

- Advising customers on technical solutions and process improvements that contribute to more efficient operations

- Monitoring market developments and trends within your region and the automotive sector

To be successful in this role, you should:

- Have a HBO/Bachelor level education

- Have several years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar commercial field sales function

- Have an affinity with technology and preferably experience or knowledge within the automotive sector

- Have knowledge of lubricants as a plus point

- Be commercially oriented, proactive, and result-driven

- Speak fluent Dutch and English, with knowledge of German as a plus point
