## Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Bac Ninh or Vinh Phuc, Vietnam. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end supply escalation management, shortage mitigation, supplier engagement, PO governance, backlog and forecast management, executive reporting, audit compliance, and crisis response to ensure uninterrupted production support across multiple sites and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage material orders and ensure execution via MRP signals to support production plans

- Interface with CM's material procurement/management team and report material issues

- Review and manage CM/ODM material escalations

- Attend supplier escalation calls with Site teams and GCM

- Collaborate with GCM to assess and resolve component shortages

- Review and report Long Pole items impacting CTB/CQFQ commitments

- Support brokers buy activities to mitigate supply constraints

- Review and approve PPV and MOQ requests

- Conduct CTB assessments related to PPV submissions

- Ensure sufficient PO coverage and maintain accurate CRD dates

- Manage PO cancellation activities and related supply chain impacts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years' experience in electronics industry, and in similar roles; working experience in tier one EMS company is preferred

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Mandarin is preferred

- Well-versed with Oracle/SAP ERP, Windows and Microsoft Office, other computer systems

- Familiar with CTB/build plan/BOMs, ECO&DEVs etc.

- Must be able to independently resolve issues in accordance with the processes and guidelines
