## Description

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. You'll support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships. The role involves understanding and learning the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, building and protecting the Red Bull brand, and establishing friendly and professional relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Training: participate in a training program to develop skills and knowledge

- Business Acumen: understand the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company

- Daily Preparation: obtain necessary tools and communicate with ASMs/DSMs

- In Route Support: cover ASM routes, meet daily KPIs, and execute in-store strategies

- Off Route Support: assist with audits, blitz, and merchandising

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years old

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds

- English; additional languages an advantage
