## Description

As a Senior Recruiter at Wise, you'll be responsible for hiring top talent for Servicing teams in Hyderabad.

You'll own talent management, helping servicing teams scale to enable Wise to achieve its mission of making money without borders.

Your responsibilities:

- Help scale Fincrime/KYC/CS/AML teams over the next few years

- Manage candidates end-to-end, ensuring they receive the best possible experience

- Build and develop relationships with hiring teams

- Collaborate with sourcers to understand the candidate market and engage top talent

- Use data to support hiring recommendations and optimize processes

Requirements:

- Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent

- Adaptable self-starter with excellent communication skills

- Experience with tooling and data-driven decision-making

- Resilient and curious with a growth mindset
