## Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Salaried GP to join our team for 4 sessions, Tuesday and Thursday all day. Our practice runs a total triage appointment system and is fully staffed by a friendly and caring team. The successful candidate will provide medical services to our patient population, including online triage and advice, face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations, home visits, and more.

**Main Duties:**

- Deliver highly effective medical care to our patient population

- Provide services commensurate with the GMS contract

- Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance

- Effective management of long-term conditions

- Process administration in a timely manner, including referrals and repeat prescription requests

- Undertake duty doctor roles on a rotational basis

- Maintain accurate clinical records

- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team

- Adhere to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the audit process

- Contribute to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives

- Accept delegated responsibility for a specific area or the QOF

- Attend and contribute effectively to practice and clinical meetings

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the practice

- Ensure compliance with the appraisal process and prepare for revalidation

- Commit to self-learning and continuing professional development

**Requirements:**

- Experience of working in a primary care environment

- Continued professional development

- Experience of QOF and clinical audit

- General understanding of the GMS contract

- GMC registered

- DBS clearance

- Performers list

- MRCGP

- Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
