## Description

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate to join our Recruiting Team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand unique talent needs and develop strategies to achieve hiring goals

- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation

- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent

- Work cross-functionally with a team of high-performing recruiters to promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion

- Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to executive leadership and HR partners

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification

- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting

- 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers
