## Description

Later is seeking a Community Manager to join their Services Team. As a Community Manager, you will focus on content creation and community engagement, ensuring that clients' brands maintain a strong and dynamic presence on social media.

Responsibilities:

- Create and execute social-first content across platforms

- Concept and ideate creative ideas that feel native to each platform

- Lead and execute social media shoots

- Monitor trends and engage with the community in real-time

- Partner with internal influencer teams to create seamless campaigns

- Lead and manage client relationships

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role

- Proven track record of managing and growing a social media presence for a large B2C brand

- Previous agency experience managing client accounts

- Excellent content creation and writing skills

- Comfortable with performance data and analysis

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
