## Description

Working as a Human Resources Expert at Target means being part of a team that champions change, proactively removes roadblocks, and builds diverse and inclusive talent strategies. You will help deliver on the company's guest-centric mission and provide support to teams and leaders.

The role involves creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience, greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues. You will also actively support team efforts, assist peers, and adjust to business and guest needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with HR leaders to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs

- Leading focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates

- Supporting team member and leader training needs and advocating for continuous learning

- Being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

- Delivering on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption

To succeed in this role, you should:

In terms of skills, you should be able to:

- Use basic Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs

- Effectively use scheduling software

- Understand federal, state, and local employment laws
