## Description

Join Argon ST, part of Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), as an Associate Level Manufacturing Assembler in Smithfield, PA. You will perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations. You will solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by following established practices and procedures.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine production assembly operations

- Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity

- Have substantial and thorough understanding of the job

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Ability to read, understand engineering drawings and specifications

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 1 or more years of experience working with specialized tools

- Knowledge of assembly and production processes

- Ability to differentiate production processes and requirements from in-service procedures and requirements

- Complete knowledge of shop processes, including Foreign Object Damage/Debris (FOD) prevention, material handling, safety, calibration requirements, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)

- Demonstrates an interest in personal learning and development

- Demonstrates a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for one's actions
