You will provide excellent skincare services and solutions, creating unique and memorable client experiences, and contributing to CHANEL's brand image and retail leadership.

As a Skincare Therapist, you embody the values of CHANEL, maintaining a stylish and professional image and ensuring all client interactions align with CHANEL's image and standards.

The role requires balancing business orientation with client passion, acting as a CHANEL Ambassador and experience creator.

You will exceed client expectations by creating tailor-made experiences, offering personalized skincare consultations, and delivering facial services. As a business driver, you will achieve sales targets, enhance client loyalty, and contribute to the continuous improvement of CHANEL's retail performance.

Requirements:

- Holding a facial certificate or diploma according to local regulations

- At least 3 years' experience in facial salon or cabin and the retail industry

- Excellent facial and massage skills, with a high passion for beauty therapy

- Good selling skills, particularly in skincare, and basic makeup skills

- Pleasant appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Technology savviness and awareness of digital trends

- Proficiency in language skills as adapted locally
