## Description

The Pharmacist Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of Pharmacists and Technicians.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day prescription dispensing in the fulfillment center

- Verifying prescription information entered in the system

- Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws relating to the practice of pharmacy

- Scheduling and monitoring staff and workflow

- Developing employee skills, evaluating performance, and providing feedback

- Resolving employee relations issues

- Conducting hiring, training, and evaluation of staff

- Monitoring prescription turnaround time and costs

- Addressing staff concerns and operational issues

- Serving as a point of escalation for complex issues

- Representing pharmacy operations in cross-functional meetings and projects

Qualifications:

- B.S or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy

- At least 3 years' relevant experience

- Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred

- Prior people management experience preferred

- Pharmacist License in good standing in Utah

- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

- PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Good organisational ability, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

- Willingness to obtain additional state licensures as required

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with on-call responsibilities
