## Description

We're seeking an execution-driven Field Marketing Specialist to run events, webinars, and field programs primarily across India with support for APMEA. You'll manage the entire process from planning to delivery, follow-up, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Execute physical, virtual, and third-party events, roundtables, and webinars from concept to post-event follow-up, focusing on high engagement and ROI.

- Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and agencies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on campaign setup, lead and attendee uploads, and Salesforce tracking.

- Work with local field marketing owners across India and support scaled campaigns across APMEA.

- Evaluate third-party event opportunities and optimize spend.

- Develop reports and analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements.

- Experiment with AI tools to automate reporting, tracking, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise tech marketing experience, with end-to-end event management expertise.

- Strong business acumen, connecting programs to pipeline and business priorities.

- Solid operational foundations, including budget management, vendor coordination, and project tracking.

- Self-starter with a strong bias for action, managing multiple priorities independently.

- Data confidence and Salesforce fluency.

- Experience working across Sales, Marketing Operations, procurement, finance, and brand, content, and design teams.
