## Description

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product development and success of a multi-domain command and control platform. This role goes beyond traditional feature ownership or backlog management. The ideal candidate will operate as the product leader across strategy, technical program execution, user workflows, integrations, and cross-functional coordination.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own product strategy and roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and partner closely with software engineering, UX, deployment leads, program managers, operators, and external partners to drive roadmap alignment, system integration, platform usability, and execution across a highly complex operational environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and long-term strategy for the platform

- Balancing investments across operator workflows, integrations, scalability, analytics, permissions, reliability, and mission capabilities

- Translating customer, operator, and field feedback into actionable product strategy and engineering-ready requirements

- Establishing product milestones, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to operational outcomes

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, UX/product design, or related technical leadership roles. They will also have strong technical fluency across modern software platforms, distributed systems, integrations, APIs, or mission-critical applications.

This role requires strong product instincts, technical fluency, operational awareness, and a deep appreciation for user experience and workflow design within mission-critical environments. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving, and highly technical environments.
