## Description

We are seeking an Operation Project Manager / 運用プロジェクト責任者 to lead the operation and maintenance team for a client, ensuring the stability of their IT services.

Responsibilities:

- Construct and operate the operation and maintenance team

- Take responsibility for the quality and structure of the operation and maintenance team's delivery

- Communicate with clients and control the team's activities to ensure prompt responses

- Manage escalations and respond to clients during critical situations

- Support system implementation and integration from an operational perspective

- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients as a trusted advisor

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, system construction, or maintenance

- Experience as a leader or sub-leader of an operation and maintenance team

- Knowledge of project management and practical experience

- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute tasks with team members and partners

- Basic knowledge of infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and OS

- Experience with Linux, VMware, Database, and M365

Preferred Skills:

- Mission-critical system operation skills

- ITIL Foundation certification

- Experience with OSS products and related tools

- English communication skills

- Security-related knowledge
