CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Patient Service Representative (PSR) at CVS Specialty Services, a Careplus pharmacy located in Portland, ME. Our location specializes in autoimmune diseases, hepatitis, HIV, oncology, and organ transplant.

As the PSR, you will work under the direction of the Team Lead and Technician Supervisor to coordinate the needs of patients taking complex medications related to their specialty medical condition, disease or illness. You will work proactively with our patients, provider offices and clients via the telephone and directly onsite to compassionately and efficiently coordinate medication shipments, medication adherence services, provider support, and overall customer service for specialty medications.

In addition, you will have a thorough knowledge of specialty operations to ensure that our patients are maximizing the integrated pharmacy services provided by CVS Specialty Services.

**Responsibilities**

- Coordinate patient needs and provide customer service

- Work with patients, provider offices, and clients to ensure smooth medication shipments and adherence services

- Provide support to patients and healthcare providers

**Requirements**

- Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of ME

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Pharmacy Experience

- Experience in a customer service role
