## Description

We are seeking a skilled Dermatologist to join our team at Budge Dermatology Clinic in Logan, UT. As a Dermatologist with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

**Key Details:**

- Guaranteed starting base salary of $549,000 annually

- Starting bonus of $30,000

- Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance when applicable

- Practice general dermatology in a well-established clinic

- Work alongside 2 full-time Dermatologists and 1 Mohs Surgeon

- Full MA and scheduling support

- Collaborative support from other Dermatologists throughout our Medical Group

**Responsibilities and Qualifications:**

- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

- ACGME Residency training in Dermatology

- Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology

- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
