## Description

The Lawrence, located in Carr Gate, Wakefield, is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a compassionate team committed to the wellbeing of residents with learning disabilities and other needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring residents' personal needs are met, including personal care, participation in activities, and support with daily living tasks

- Completing daily administration tasks, such as updating care plans and charts

- Maintaining professional relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and visitors

- Contributing to the maintenance of safety, security, and confidentiality standards

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a related area, or an equivalent or higher recognised qualification. GCSEs or an NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths are also required. Experience working in a related environment is desirable but not essential.
