Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stevenage Retail Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
