## About the Role

You'll help design and ship a new generation of consumer products across X and Grok, spanning social platforms, AI-powered interfaces, and entirely new interaction paradigms.

## Responsibilities

- Designing end-to-end product experiences across social and AI-driven products

- Deeply understanding user needs, behaviours, and emerging use cases

- Rapidly exploring, prototyping, and iterating using both traditional and AI-assisted design tools

- Partnering closely with engineering to ship high-quality, polished experiences

- Using qualitative research, product data, and intuition to guide decisions

- Contributing to shared design systems and product standards

## Basic Qualifications

- Have shipped meaningful consumer product features on web and/or mobile

- Are comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

- Embrace new design and engineering workflows, including AI-assisted tooling

- Care deeply about craft, clarity, and user experience

- Communicate clearly and collaborate well across disciplines

- Have an interest in language models, social systems, or both

## Preferred Skills and Experience

- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and execution

- Experience designing consumer-facing products at scale

- Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools

- Experience working closely with engineers and product partners

## Compensation and Benefits

$180,000 – $400,000 USD
