## Description

As a Customs Specialist at Flexport, you will join the core Customs team and play a pivotal role in clearing goods across international borders.

You will work with clients, shippers, and government agencies to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Navigate complex customs regulations to ensure goods comply with international laws.

- Manage essential documents and data for smooth customs clearance to CBP.

- Collaborate with international clients and logistics partners, providing timely information and support.

- Use Flexport's technology to optimize customs processes and provide data to clients.

- Participate in client business reviews and operational calls to gain direct exposure to high-level strategy.

- Follow and help improve standard operating procedures to make work more efficient.

Requirements:

- Recent Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Compliance-first mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and regulatory adherence.

- Natural problem-solver with attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technology.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
