We're looking for inquisitive, collaborative university grads to join our engineering teams. Working closely with mentors and product, design, data, and back-end engineers, you'll learn how large-scale systems operate and play a meaningful role in building new technologies, features, and tools.

What you'll do:

- Deliver code that is well-documented, tested, and operable

- Execute scoped technical tasks end-to-end to help build the future of Pinterest

- Take ownership of the completion, quality, and maintainability of your tasks and projects

- Leverage AI tools in your daily engineering workflow to accelerate delivery

- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to build products, systems, and tools that support Pinterest

- Proactively communicate ideas and perspectives with candor, and continue growing professionally through feedback, learning, and development opportunities

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, expected by June 2027

- Must be available to start full-time between January 2027 and September 2027

- At least one year of programming experience through internships, research, coursework, teaching, personal projects, open source, or hackathons

- Familiarity using AI as a learning, productivity, and engineering tool

- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design

- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C++

- Previous software engineering internship experience strongly preferred

- Strong communication skills and product sense

- Passion for Pinterest, comfort with ambiguity, and a growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn

- For this role, some employees will work in a hybrid model, and some will work fully remote within approved locations
