## Description

We're looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Surgical Ward Team at Rivers Hospital. You'll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual, and you'll be valued for your skills and expertise.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients

- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes

**Requirements**

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Proven customer service skills

- Highly motivated individual

- Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments

- Flexible approach to duties and hours

**What is a Bank contract?** A Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you're not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead, you work on an ad-hoc basis, filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals.
