## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Beijing, China. This is a full-time position.

**Essential Functions**

- Perform quality control (QC) of project databases and requisition forms against sponsor protocols and requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QC reviews align with current processes and quality standards.

- Work with Set-up Managers, Project Managers, and Set-up Coordinators to resolve issues identified during QC reviews.

- Maintain adherence to QC timelines to meet client needs.

- Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for training and process improvements.

- Ensure global consistency in study set-up processes with QC counterparts.

- Participate in external and internal audits as required.

- Adhere to ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the clinical or research industry, including 1 year of set-up-related or project management experience.

- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and sponsor organization members.

- High attention to detail, with a track record of achievement in roles such as Set-up Manager or Project Manager.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Q Squared Solutions systems, and ELVIS.

- Understanding of medical and clinical research terminology.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Excellent organizational, operational, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
